Feeling the aches on your neck, shoulders and back as you work from home or office? Come and learn the latest ergonomic concepts & best practices to improve your work efficiency and prevent backaches or neck pain!
Loosen up those tight muscles with exercises as you learn tips to optimise your home/office set-up and improve your working posture!
Workshop Outline (45min Theory + Practical, 15 min Q&A)
– Introduction to ergonomics
– Benefits of good ergonomic practices
– Common musculoskeletal disorders
– Workplace risk factors
– Sitting posture & how to improve it (includes exercise activities)
– Standing posture & how to improve it (includes exercise activities)
– Review of ergonomic desks / standing tables / assistive ergonomic devices

About the trainer:
Mr Junhong Lim (Jaden) Managing Director & Principal Physiotherapist
Jaden is an AHPC Registered Physiotherapist and ACSM Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist, holding a Master’s degree from Australia. With more than a decade of experience working in public and private hospitals, he specializes in sports injury management, post-surgery physiotherapy, and rehabilitation for people with medical conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease and cancer.
Jaden is passionate about providing physiotherapy treatment that is backed by science and research. He was even invited to present some of his own award-winning research papers in local and international conferences.
To be prepared by participants:
A chair and a towel. Come dressed in exercise attire and switch on your camera for the physiotherapist to correct your posture during exercise!
Optional: Yoga mat
